As a committed music educator, I believe in cultivating a well-rounded, life-long flutist and musician. I strive to create a nurturing environment in which each student can set, attain, and maintain their individual and professional musical goals.
As each student is different, I am confident that building a successful musician also requires a building of self-esteem and confidence through developing a core technical foundation.
I teach students to focus on tone development, sight reading and collaborative skills throughout every stage in their development to become a strong multi-faceted musician.
One of the most important things that I teach my students is to not only become better musicians, but also become better colleagues.
